Pls help this is very frustrating and never had this problem with any other SPAM filtering program. If this problem is not fixable-I must go back to my previous email program. This nuisance is not worth it!
Hi Pam, not completely sure what you’re referring to, can you please specify what is the exact issue with your client? What version of eM Client are you currently using? Can you possibly make a screenshot of the issue?
Please note eM client does not have a junk filtering feature and all your sorted junk mail has been sorted by your server filter or by using the “move to junk” button (e.g. internal blacklist in eM Client, that’s managed manually).
