Why same emails in different accounts?

I’m trying to figure out why I’m having the same email in 2 different accounts.

I have 2 Gmail accounts, and lets say I receive an email from Microsoft. That email appears in both Gmail accounts in eM Client. If I delete that email in one Gmail account, it automatically gets deleted in the other Gmail account.

That is because you have the same account setup twice.

Remove the account that is showing the incorrect messages and add it back again. Make sure in the web browser part of the setup, you use the correct email address and password. If you authenticate with the other account’s credentials, that is what it will connect to instead.

Thank you, that seemed to have done the trick. Not sure how that happened though.
