why doesn't eMC load my email after activation?

I’ve just activated my software and i can’t get it to load my current email even though up to this point it did reliably. no other changes made. if this is an example of how eMC operates it won’t be on my computer long,

Normally your mail will updates quickly after activation. Need to know if you are then getting any errors. Click the “Refresh button” at the top left and then click the dropdown on the right of Refresh and click “Show Operations”.

Then click the “Log tab” and look for any obvious error messages, and paste them in this thread. We might then be able to see what’s wrong.

Note: Blank out anything personal in the log.

Also update “what mail server you are with” so we can check for any possible settings problems.

Also “if you are running any optionally installed” Firewall / Security programs or optionally installed Antivirus programs or VPNs try completely disabling those to test as well.

I’m kind of new to this . Apparently it takes time for activation to go through. 4 Hours after activation I started getting email. as before. Thanks for your help.
