Why does it take forever to move or copy messages to local folders?

I don’t know how to do this. If I go to Menu > Help > Check for Update it tells me ‘There is no update available’.

That’s OK. Just click on this link https://www.emclient.com/dist/v7.2.38732/setup.msi and it will download the installation file using your browser. 

OK Gary, I’ve updated it. Unfortunately, I still cant see the folder content on my I-phone. Another problem with eM Client: I’m constantly getting error messages whilst the app is synching. Any idea why I’m getting these (examples below)…?
