Why does emclient keep losing my PAID license!?

Over the last few weeks im beginning to very much dislike emclient… it keeps losing my PAID LICENSE almost every day… . ive seen posts on here from 3 years ago and its still an issue… what gives!?

Hello, I’m sorry to see this, I’m not quite sure why this occurs, as I’m not aware of any licensing issues at the moment. If you take a look at forum posts, it’s possible you will come across these issues as this may be caused by server downtime, unavailability of internet connection on your computer or by security software blocking the connection for example.

What version of eM Client are you currently using on your computer, can you please check the exact release number in Help > About?

Are you using any security software on your computer, that may have disabled the applications ability to connect to the server?
