Two times now, 1 one of my computers have packed up.
When I replace them, and try installing eMClient, I have 2 pro licenses, but end up with a free license, instead of my paid for licenses ? then have big problems trying to get my licenses back, its so frustrating
So now I have 2 pro licenses, 1 is ok on my other comp, but just have a free license on my new laptop.
Surely my email address should show I have 2 pro licenses, but NO !
