New user. I archived a message by mistake. Where do I find it? There is not an Archive folder on the sidebar. I am using this on a Mac.
New user. I archived a message by mistake. Where do I find it? There is not an Archive folder on the sidebar. I am using this on a Mac.
Each account has its own special Archive folder, but if you cannot find it, the easiest place to locate it would be the Global Archive folder, which you can display under Favorites.
Right-click the Favorites section > Display > Archive and the folder should show up.
