Hello, I have a new pc and have installed er client, my inbox messages are showing but I cant locate my sent emails. Are they stored on my old pc and if so where would they be? I have a back up hard drive of my old pc.

Normally if it’s an IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud account all your sent emails should already be visible in your sent folder “under your account” when you setup as new.
However if your sent folder is not visible, “right click on your account email address” and you can enable / show that.
Now if your account sent folder is already visible and no emails are showing in there, then “either the server sent mail hasn’t all fully synced yet” and might just take longer to show them depending on the size of your online mailbox or “you had a POP account” which will only show sent messages in the sent folder “on the original installed device / computer” as is not cloud based.
So if you had a POP account setup on your old computer then see the below eM Client blog page where you can transfer the exact setup and all sent messages etc to your new pc either via the built in backup and restore or via the hidden database folder if you didn’t have any eM Client backup.zip files.
