I’ve tried multiple times to print my emails from eM Client. Each time the 1 to 1 1/2 inches is cut off, thus losing much of the information of the message. If I copy the email to MS Word, or Open Office, and print from there it is fine, but that is a real pain. This is consistent between the two PCs I have running eM Client and the two printers I have on my home network.

eM Client get print settings from Internet Explorer (you can compare printing from IE and from eM Client whether the problem is the same). Try to set print settings in Internet Explorer (Page Setup) so it will not cut off sides if possible.
