When printing a text email the body shows up in print preview, but does not print.

Only prints to and from addresses.

What version of eM Client are you using?

Current version.

Current version means what? There are 4 to choose from.

Sorry Windows current release 7.2.38732.  Also customer is using a Pop3 account.

I tried to reproduce it but was not able. eM Client does rely on an updated OS to work, especially .NET. If the user could update their OS then try again.

If that still does not work, and they have a Pro License, they should open a support ticket with eM Client.

Or maybe even try out the version 8 beta. :wink:
