When I try to send an email, I get this error message

File"/" couldn’t be added as attachment due to the following error: Access to path ‘C:’ is denied

Hi, can you please make a screenshot of this issue?
What version of eM Client are you using? Is this error occurring with every file you try to attach from different locations?

Hi Paul, the funny thing about this, is that I do not have an attachment going with the email I am trying to send.  I can go to the “Drafts” folder and send as a “forward” and it will go.  This is very frustrating as it does not happen all the time.  There really seems to be no rhyme or reason about this behavior.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thank you, Sherri
