I have been using Email Client for several years. After loading a recent upgrade I can no longer my email. I get an error message asking me to provide my password. I do not or know my password. Pse help.

have you imported your data using the Menu>file>Import>Import from eM Client 6?

Hi Andrew, we ended up calling our internet service provider and it was something wrong with the server. Give that a try, and hope you have success!!!
