What configuration is used for phone/eM Client syncing and cross-communication?

I’m looking for a clean way to sync my current Outlook setup (and then ditch it) with a mobile phone . The phone needs to be able to read everything from eM cleanly (Tasks, calendar, contacts) Has anyone done this? What have people done to create a seamless FULL calendar/contacts/task arrangement that exists on desktop AND phone?

So, by looking at the chart, it looks like the only way I can get tasks into my phone would be to go to Windows based phones or Apple, correct? No one here is using Tasks in Android?

there isn’t Tasks synchronization because Android doesn’t support Tasks.
