Keep getting a ‘Password Required for email address’ pop up message box when I open eM Client or try to refresh emails etc??

“We’re unable to complete your request. Microsoft account is experiencing technical problems. Please try again later.” when I close the box it says “Authentication process not finished. Do you really want to cancel process.” but no option to enter password or do anything else for that matter.

It is asking for the password on your email account.  what is the password to get into your email.  if you don’t know call your email provider such as gamil / charter / etc and have them change your password and change it in em client

 Neither the Exchange suggestion or the update worked for me.
