Web.de Authentication failed

Suddenly I can no longer access emails via web.de.
I keep getting the error message “Authentication failed”.
I checked all access data and tried to repair the account - unfortunately without success.

Hi,
since i bought emClient and moved all mal mailboxes from Outlook to emClient, i´m getting the same error frequently, nearly all 8 weeks. From one day to another the server response is “authentication failed”. It was never a Problem with other clients. My Mailboxes are at web(de) and 2 at gmx. Surprisingly the Mailboxes from google and outlook(de) never have any problems, so it seems that emClient hast a Problem with web.de and gmx. How can we fix this? I have emclient since november 2025 and had to change my mailbos passwords nearly 4 times since then. If the error persists, I have to cancel the subscription.
