Want to cancel Centurytel service and will loose my email address. Will eM Client help me save all the emails I have received so far?

Hello Linda,
if you input your account inside eM Client and synchronize with your server you can then either save all your emails as eml files using the File>Export function,
or you can enable Local folders in Tools > Settings > General > check ‘Show Local folders’. This will make a folder structure on the left side menu under your account and you can move your emails there, which will transfer them to your computer. Make sure to make backups of your database (Tools>Settings>General>Backup) since these emails are only stored locally now and if you ever experience a data corruption of the database you’d lose these messages.
