Hallo Zusammen,

ich habe hier keinen Beitrag im Forum gefunden, daher stelle ich hier die Frage.

Unter Windows 11 Pro (aktuelle Version) habe ich Adobe Acrobat Reader als Standarda PDF APP eingestellt. Wenn ich im Explorer eine PDF Datei öffne, öffnet sich hier immer Adobe Acrobat Reader.

Wenn ich eine PDF Datei aus EM-Client öffne, kommt immer folgnde Meldung. Selbst wenn ich auf immer klicke.

Was muss ich tun, damit es funktioniert?

Under Windows 11 Pro (current version) I have set Adobe Acrobat Reader as the default PDF APP. When I open a PDF file in Explorer, Adobe Acrobat Reader always opens.

When I open a PDF file from EM Client, the following message always appears. Even if I click on always (immer).

What do I have to do to make it work?

That’s usually and OS problem somewhere.

Go to Windows Settings / Apps / Default Apps / Change Default by file type / .pdf / choose Adobe Reader.

If you have already done that then try setting “for a test” Edge or Chrome as the default pdf reader and then reboot your computer and try again to see if any pdf reader will open without asking you in eM Client. You will then know if it’s something to do with Adobe Acrobat.

danke für die Rückmeldung! in den Einstellungen von Windows ist Adobe Acrobat Reader als Standard eingestellt. Aus jedem anderen Programm werden PDF Dokumente automatisch mit Adobe Acrobat Reader geöffnet.

Thanks for the feedback! Adobe Acrobat Reader is set as the default in the Windows settings. From any other program, PDF documents are automatically opened with Adobe Acrobat Reader.
