Which password did you forget?
If it is for your email account, you will be able to reset that using their webmail interface.
If it is for the eM Client start-up password, you will need to close eM Client, then delete C:\Users\yourusername\AppData\Roaming\eM Client\settings*.*
You may have to enable hidden items in Explorer to get there. You will lose a few settings, but all your accounts and data will still be there when you restart.
