I have purchased an eM personal license for 3 devices and previously had the free version.
After activating the license, unfortunately not all mails are retrieved from Vodafone, only 1 or 2 messages are retrieved and nothing more, in the display there is an 8 in red color behind the inbox folder for example, but only 2 messages are retrieved.
I still have a T Online account and have sent a test mail from this to the Vodafone address, which works, the test mail also arrives, I can also send mails, but as I said, not all messages are retrieved.
I have already completely reinstalled and set up the eM Client but always the same problem.
Sounds like when you upgraded to V10, you have enabled the new V10 default Categories in eM Client, so your emails you are not seeing in your Primary Inbox “are in the other Category tab/s”.
So on the right of the “Primary tab” look for other Category Tabs such as eg: Promotions , Social , Other, Updates etc.
Now if you do then see your missing emails in other Category tabs, then if you want them in your Primary tab or any other tab, just drag and drop the message/s onto the tab you want.
After you drag it to the new Category, a popup message will appear asking to confirm the Category change and shortcut key options you can use as well in future.
You can also "Right Click on the “Message Subject” in any Category Tab, and then click “Category” on the menu, and select the Category you want it to go in future.
Either way. you will get the Prompt appear for you to confirm the change.
Now if you don’t want a Category, just “right click in a blank area next to a Category” and deselect whatever Category/s you don’t want.
Lastly “if you don’t want any Categories”, you can also “hide the Categories bar” completely if you choose as well by right clicking or in Settings.
