guys ive just got a new pc for my office with windows 11 on it downloaded em works fine with other email such has outlook but cannot seem to get virgin media to work keeps telling me the password is incorrect but its not any ideas please
Provided you have the correct IMAP or POP settings, Your credentials were rejected with Virgin Media can be due to eg: you need to generate an “app password” in your Virgin Media account and not use your normal email login password when you setup the account.
If you already have tried with an app password, then update what your incoming and outgoing mail server (address, port & security policy) is so we can then see if there is any obvious errors.
