Hello, I have the premium subscription and I have a spam problem that I can’t solve either by deleting the blacklist or by creating rules. I would like to contact VIP support, but the credentials you provided do not work.
My problem that I can’t solve is that all emails from @gmail.com go to spam.
This happens both for my accounts with my domain and for my Gmail (where there are no server-level or remote rules).
The blacklist is empty. I created two rules: if an email contains @gmail.com, it moves it to the inbox folder. When I create the rule, it works well the first time, but then it doesn’t move the email afterward.

Hey @Mr.Ricky
eMC does not have a SPAM filter.
Mail that is being treated as SPAM is as the result of either…
Rules that you have set locally
OR
Action by whatever filters/rules are in use on your mail server where
you should either be able to make changes yourself or request the action.
You can use Webmail to mark particular and/or blocks of mail as NOT SPAM.

Hello, the whitelist doesn’t work because it says that my server is not compatible
… strange, I mean, I have 4 configured accounts, so which server is not compatible… it doesn’t say.
The mail for my domain is managed on a shared hosting and I have 30+ mailboxes, and no client recognizes @gmail.com as spam. Only EMClient does.
So the problem is probably EMClient.

Hey @Mr.Ricky
I do not work for eMC, I am a user the same as you and as such
the comments I make are my own.
First I do not accept your statement ‘the problem is probably EMClient’,
without facts to confirm this, so here are some questions and suggestions.
If the 4 accounts are on separate servers, to identify the cause of the
issue simply test each individually.
As you have 30+ mailboxes on different clients that all work correctly and
none of them work correctly with eMC it suggests that there is something
wrong with the configuration.
You will need to check and confirm that there is no local rule in eMC that
is causing this issue; I repeat that eMC does NOT have a SPAM filter.
