Viewing delegated exchange calendar

I have asked this a long, long time ago but it has never been answered.

We use exchange mail. One of my colleagues has made an extra calendar under her account for office events. Outlook has no problems seeing this calendar. But eMClient does not see it. Tried everything so far but it just won’t show up.

As the posts below that @Gary advised didn’t help you, then I would suggest if you have a current active paid Pro or Personal version to go to the VIP support page and login and lodge a support ticket.

Hi @cyberzork thanks for your reaction. This is indeed a forum thread from two years ago and although I bumped it up several times, it has never really been answered. @Gary never came back with a reply after the first two that you now also attached. This did not work.

I think the delegation handling in eM Client does not take into account that a person can have more than one calendar. It only shows the “main” default calendar. Not any additional calendars that person might have set up and gave access to.

I have a Pro with lifetime updates account. I will try the VIP support page this time. As well for the incredibly slow population of mail text on Reply that is bugging people but also seems not to be solved yet.

Oh, and VIP Support now shows my account is expired :frowning:
I do not want to pay another €10 to get something fixed that should be working out of the box.

You would need eM Client official support to answer that question. Im not aware of any online documentation on that other than what @Gary advised in his forum post above.

To extend VIP support for €10 “for another 12months” sounds like a good deal to me. For me its alot more than that in my country dollars.

This issue from reading the forum “only affects a very small amount of users” and is unknown why it happens. I personally don’t get any delay at all populating text or images when replying or forwarding emails. Its pretty much instantaneous for me using Pc or Mac on V9 or V10. So that would also need offical support to help you with that.

Thanks, and you’re right of course. It just would have been nice if the developers were active here as well. I now use several new tools where the developer has a discord server and problems are answered almost immediately.
