Version 9.0.1361 - Rules NOT Working

Has anyone else had an issue?

I’ve searched the support forum but can’t find anything. I can’t get even a simple rule like this to work:

After send
Set Tag
Stop processing other rules

OS: Windows 11 Home, Version 21H2, OS build 22000.527, Windows Feature Experience Pack 1000.22000.527.0

Your example Rule does not appear to be complete, it is missing some instructions,
for instance, from or to whom, color of Tag etc

Tried to keep it simple but here’s a full example:

After message has been sent with ‘Project Update’ found in subject stop processing other rules and set tags ‘Important’

Some servers create the sent message themselves. In that instance the copy created by eM Client, and tagged, could be overwritten by the one created by the server. So no tag.

Who is the email provider?
