vCards importing into Local Contacts instead of Gmail Contacts

When you Import your vCard file, on the second screen you have to click “Select folder” and then click your “Gmail contacts” before clicking Finish as per the eM Client help F1 documentation.

Is there a way to define Gmail Contacts as the default contacts store.

Change Default Contact Folder (only contacts, keep mail default separate)

The default folder is whichever one you are in. So, go to the contacts section of eM Client and click on the folder you want to be the default. Now when you create a new contact, it will use that folder by default.
