Variable use is too limited - need more

The current INSERT>VARIABLES option is limited to a few fields e.g.

  • Date (4 variants),
  • Contact (8 variants),
  • Address (4 variants),
  • Email (3 variants) and
  • Phone (3 variants).

But there are so many other elements of a contact that we could use - or at least I would like to use. For example:-

  • Webpage
  • Job Title
  • Birthday
  • Department
  • Free/Busy URL (as a second webpage/URL)
  • Notes

I have a project where I would like to email a bunch of clients and would like to include TWO webpage addresses and the Notes section…

Is it that difficult to include more variables in to eMC?

I forgot to add - if this is never going to happen, what can be provided to allow eMC to “Send As Mass Mail” but using an external CSV file?
