V8 Imap not work

Hi all!
I have a custom mail (in v7 worked fine), and in V8 gives error, but if I test from Diagnostics panel in account settings, it gives everything fine…

any ideas?
I have windows defender

What is " a custom mail"?
What is the “error”?

I use a Zimbra server, so the imap setting in v7 was this:

and with the same setting, v8 gives the yellow :warning: with a generic error info…

eM Support has previously recommended that IMAP connection problems MAY be resolved by turning off AV software. Might be worth a try…

OK, was worth a try… there are MANY problems being reported relating to IMAP with very little to none when it comes to eM Support response… at least here in the forums. You could try submitting a support ticket …

Look for an “exception list” in your AV software to which you can add eMClient… again, your choice…
