V8.0.2703 gives unknown error while exporting settings to .xml files

Hi eM Client Support Team

I’m a licensed user and I’m using eM Client v8.0.2703 on Windows 8.1 x64

I frequently use the feature Menu - File - Export - Export settings to .xml files

The program gives this error if I select the option ‘Save passwords’. If I do not this option, the program exports settings successfully.

Could you please help fix this error?

There was another user recently who was having issues with exported xml data, and from what I can remember, he was also on Windows 8. I am on Windows 10. Maybe that has something to do with it.

If you have a Pro License you can open a support ticket directly with eM Client, and they will be able to assist you further.
