V7 - Extract Contacts from sent mail

Is it possible to store recipients that I send mail to to my contacts (preferably automatically)?
I am looking for a convenient way to extract / save contacts from all sent mail.
(I know that one can do so by individually clicking each recipient’s mail)

This may or may not be a start…

Menu > Settings > Mail > Compose > Store composed mail recipients for suggestion

Thanks, that works, though it’s not automatic. Is there no way to store the contacts in a selected contacts- list?
