V10 Re Authenticating Gmail account taking over an hour and still running

Hi

Updated to V10 today

Said G Mail needs to be re authenticated

Followed all the required steps including confirming to google that It was me requesting the account to be added

Been running for over an hour now and still not completed

I know the message says may take a while and please be patient but is an hour normal ?

Any advice appreciated
