we’ve updated some of our clients to the recently released V10, but are now experiencing some problems:
First of all, if we choose to update through emClient9, the installed version of eMClient10 says it is a Beta-Build, no chance to use it. We have to download V10 from the website to perform the update, then all is “fine”.
Running eMClient now for a couple days we have noticed one client running into a database problem when starting eMClient10: it says the database has about 32k errors, curious is that this client was running eMClient a few days without a problem and the next day this problem comes up.
We’ve alreade deinstalled and completely reinstalled (everything from scratch, no old files, databases, settings) eMClient10, then it’ll run for 2-3 days and the error comes up again.
Theres no chance to get eMClient10 back running at this client, it always says at startup that the database is corrupted, it fixes the database and then eMClient crashes.
A other - “minor” - problem is: eMClient10 sometimes indicates a new message at the inbox, but if I look into the folder the new mail is not shown - if I look by a web access at that account, I see that new mail.
