Jag blir utloggad från servern varje kväll ca klockan 22, loggar jag in gen så får jag mina mail och blir efter en stund utloggad igen. Sedan loggar jag in dagen efter på förmiddagen och är inloggad hela dagen utan problem, Men blir därefter utloggad igen ca klockan 22
Och enligt Telia så ligger problemet i eran programvara.
Jag har haft detta problemet ca ett halvår. Innan dess fungerade allt bra.
Vad att göra??

Vilken version av eM Client använder du?
Är det här problemet på en PC eller Mac, eller Android/iOS?
Hur “loggar du in”? är det via en webbläsare eller en app?
Om Telia säger att problemet ligger i deras mjukvara måste de åtgärda det.

Is there any problem with your internet connection with other apps when em Client fails?
Does it happen when Windows 10 wakes from sleep or when Windows restarts?

Someone else may have a suggestion.
I get logged out of the server every night around 10pm, if I log back in I get my emails and after a while I get logged out again. Then I log in the next morning and am logged in all day without any problems, but then I get logged out again around 10pm.
There is nothing in eM Client that schedules to dissconnect at anytime. The only thing that is scheduled is the automatic periodic backup if you enable that in Settings, but that doesn’t normally cause the mail client to dissconnect.
Sounds like Mail server problems to me being you stay connected fine in the morning all day.
The server might be eg: running maintenance type stuff at around 10pm of a night for a few hours, and so users then get dissconnected while that’s going on. Alot of mail servers do stuff late at night which then can limit connections.
If it’s not the server running maintenance etc “and you still physically stay connected to your internet connection at 10pm”, then either you have something software related locally installed doing that as @John_A suggested, or your physical connection from your ISP to your mail server has some sort of eg: mail routing issue at night time.
So if you have no optionally installed firewall / security programs & no optionally installed antivirus programs or VPNs then I would suggest to test to do a eg: ping and/or telnet test to your mail server to see if you can reach it at 10pm. If you don’t know how to do that, you can Google that.
Alot can happen between the various servers late at night time which could be then causing your dropouts. I would also contact your ISP technical support and ask them to check their end. There could possibly be a mail routing issue at 10pm.
