Recurring appointments or e-mails would be faster to process if you could use templates you created yourself ( NEW->E-mail->User template1 or NEW->Appointment->User template1 ).
I am aware that especially with the calendar by the interface GOOGLE rigid limits are set. Here I imagine a checkbox: “Get Google Calendar Template” . Then certain selections , such as new fields that are not supported by Google are hidden or are added in the text content.
I wish myself to create templates for text (As with e-mail) . These are then already assigned to the correct calendar.
