I have recently started using eM Client with a GMail account. I have many sub folders off Inbox which I use to archive kept emails. When the email is in the Inbox, I can tag it to one of those sub folders eg Solar. I had a look in that sub folder and the email appears there as well. Is there a way to tag it and have it automatically go to that sub folder and thereafter not appear in Inbox?
You will need to remove the Inbox tag.
Or another method that might be easier is to either drag the message to the Solar folder, or right-click and choose Move to Folder.
