Urgent: 5.7.1 message detected as spam. No SMTP

Hey there. I have two email accounts that I use with an eM Client free account. Both accounts sent messages hand in the outbox. I will receive an error message 5.7.1 Message detected as spam. When I look into my account setting and run diagnostics IMAP is ok but SMTP fails. Fixing it also fails since I will repeatedly be prompted to to authenticate my credentials only for it to continue to fail.

I’ve turned off anti-virus and it did nothing to solve the issue. I’ve also removed an account and re-added it only to find that once it was re-added I no longer even had an SMTP tab in my account settings.

I urgently need this resolved. I rely on these inboxes heavily for my livelihood.
