Upgrade v 10 read only contacts

Since updating to v 10 old contacts seem to be being used when I put in an email address - i.e. it shows as an individual name. These old contacts are read only so I can’t delete

Version 10 now shows the read-only Other Contacts folder for Google accounts, so that could be it. If they are in that folder you will need to open the Google Contacts web page and delete them there.

Or for other accounts, maybe it is also in a read-only folder. If that is so, you can’t delete them in eM Client.

I have no contacts in ‘Other Contacts’ but I cannot create any as it is read only. Why is it read only?

The Google server says it is read-only, so that is something you will need to ask Google.
