Upgrade to V9 - problem


I had a problem with the transition to version 9. So far everything was fine and there were no problems with the license. Recently there was a problem with sending emails and I reinstalled the client. From that moment on, I can’t use the client, after reactivating it, I get the message “The license for the older version of eM Client is being activated” - and I can’t do anything further, although I was working on the latest version before reinstalling. Can I ask for help?

Do you have a version 9 license? If you have more than one, make sure you are using the version 9 license. You can activate it in Menu > Help > License.

If your license is for version 8 only, you will need to downgrade following these instructions.
