Upgrade to Pro and technical support

First, I would like to upgrade to eM client Pro from the free version, how do I do that?

Second, I changed my password in my email account, eM Client will sync but will not download. Can you help? Can I please speak with someone?

You can purchase a Pro License at https://www.emclient.com/pricing. Once you have received the activation key, go to Menu > Help > License and deactivate the Free License, then activate the Pro License.

If it syncs then the password is accepted. What is not downloading?
