Every time Email Client tries to upgrade, the install freezes and I have to go to Task Manager to end it. This has been going on for a few days…what’s up?
We are very sorry to hear that. First of all please run the tool available from http://www.emclient.com/tools/emstackdump.exe after the freeze happens. It should generate a log file (starting with “eM Client Stack” in your Documents folder) that will help us analyze the problem in more detail. Then try to install the update from this link: http://www.emclient.com/dist/v6.0.20154/setup.msi and let us know if that worked. Thank you.
Including Stack dump Keeps freezing up on startup for no apparent reason.
