I am struggling to find out how to change from the free version to the pro version. Have tried the update option and it just says no update available. Where to now?

Please go to Menu > Help > License.
Click on Deactivate to remove the Free License, then click on Activate and paste in your Pro License key.
Thanks, however I haven’t got a pro license key and don’t know how to get one.
OK, sorry I misread your original question. 
To purchase a Pro License, please go to our website here. There are a few options.
Once you have made the purchase, you will get a Pro license key, which you can activate as I previously described. It is the same application, just some features will be enabled that you did not have with a Free License.
If you are not using the latest version of eM Client, you can download it from the Release History.
