Updating emclient (purchase) contact email, forum as well

I’ve sent in 2 requests to the em info@ address regarding this over the last week, no response.

  1. i want to update the email address that is associated with my lifetime license, and I cannot seem to do that.

  2. for the forum, it looks like you can add additional email addresses, but I cannot remove the primary one.

Send an email to [email protected] and they will do it for you.

You need to set another address as the primary, before you can remove the old one.

At that time, they confirmed that your email address for the support center and license manager was successfully updated, and they were just waiting to hear back from you about whether you’d also like the forum email changed.
