I manage several distribution lists and want to queue up announcements using the “Send Later” feature. When I do this, it keeps the distribution list as it was when I set up the future send – if I add someone else to the list after hitting “Send Later”, but before the message actually sends, that new person does not receive the announcement. I understand why this happens, but is there a way to set up future emails so that they automatically send to the list as it exists when the email is actually sent, rather than when it is queued up? Or do I just have to go into the Outbox and remove/re-add the distro list before the scheduled send in order to force it to use the new list?
