After installing the eM Client update and making sure that I have Administrator rights and operating on version Window XP (Service Pack 3) - my computer is Windows 10 Home.
When I hit the application to open I get "Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?

File origin: Hard Drive on this computer
Nothing seems to work with permission or without permission. Help!!
