I’m working with a customer that upgraded to EM version 6.0.20617 today… now he is getting errors on all of his inboxes that Email: Can’t verify the identity of “mailserver" This was all working fine before the update. Any help appreciated

Hi Paul and thanks for responding. My customer is 3 time zones away and is not available yet. I will make a screenshot, probably in another hour or so. As I wrote in my original post and on my open ticket his version is 6.0.20617.
He has email accounts which comes with his hosted website.
What hosting service is he using? Do you have a ticket open in our support system?
