Since the automatic upgrade the program doesn’t work at all. I have checked google mail added outlook and they all work but emclient won’t download or send messages - incredibly frustrating. I have tried repair didn’t work, downloaded upgrades none worked

- go to Menu > Operations > Log > Copy Log, and paste it in the email.
- include screenshots with your account configuration (Menu > Accounts, and the tabs: General, IMAP, SMTP).

Same for me. I’ve even removed and re-added my account and the operations screen just sits there saying Synchronizing folder ‘/All Mail’ but nothing gets sync’ed. Help!
Your support truly is the worst I have ever experienced - I still haven’t been able to use EM Client since last Thursday. I’ve attempted to remove the program is won’t be deleted and the repair doesn’t work either. I’ve even tried downloading your new update and it won’t open and work.
Do you have a paid version or you are talking about the community support or our good will to explicitly support even free users?
