Up graded...monster mistake.

I clicked up grade yesterday and it was a huge mistake. I just thought it was some minor new thing. I lost everything. How do I get my old eM-Client back?

Hello Bruce,
sounds like you perhaps didn’t migrate your version 6 database.
Please try Menu>File>Import…>Import from eM Client 6.

Thanks.  That seemed to work.  Don’t care for the new format…way to Google like.  The specific reason I’ve been using eM Client was to avoid Google (a horrible excuse for email).  The ultimate would be to go back to eM Client 5 or whatever it was I had the past couple of years.

Hello Bruce,
if by ‘too Google like’ you mean you dislike the threaded view, you can disable it in Menu>View>Conversations>Disable Conversations.

Olivia,
I’m having monster problems with distribution lists.  I had five of them and all worked perfect under the previous version.  Only two of them do now.  It is totally frustrating.  Do you have any suggestions?
