"Unsafe Cantent" Option missing

EM Client version 6.under Windows 10 64bit Home.  I get into Tools > Settings > Read Tab but the option for “Unsafe content” is missing and I can’t see it anywhere else.

the Unsafe content section is under Tools > Settings > Mail > Privacy tab.
