After reading all emails the Unread folder shows the number 1 but when clicking on Unread nothing is displayed. I’ve gone to servers and deleted all junk mail and trash but it’s still there. I can turn off conversations and no number is shown but if I turn on either of the other options for threading the number shows.
Any ideas on where to check for unread or is this another type issue?
