Unplanned quit

every time I double click an email, to expand it, the program shuts down. using MacOS Sequoia 15.5
please send update to fix issue

Try the latest V10.3.2412 if you haven’t got that already from the release history page and see if that fixes it. Seems to work ok for me personally on Mac OS 15.5 Sequoia.

If you have an older version and do update eM Client, backup your current version first via “Menu / File / Backup” incase you need to restore for any reason. You can see when the backup is complete in Show Operations via clicking the dropdown on the right of Refresh. Also close eM Client before updating.

Now if you already have the latest eM Client Mac version, then try “uninstalling and reinstalling V10.3.2412” and see if that fixes it.

If still a problem and you have been making regular eM Client backups either automatically via the settings or manually via the menu, then “try restoring a recent dated backup when you know eM Client was working ok” via “Menu / File / Restore” and see if that fixes it.

If uninstalling and reinstalling makes no difference, then if you have an IMAP, Exchange, Office 365 or iCloud account, then close eM Client and “rename the following eM Client hidden database folder” to eg: eM Client-Old and then reopen eM Client and setup as new and see if that fixes it with a clean database.
