Hi
I got this error under each startup:

*[AirSync] Cannot create folder “[email protected]/Danmark/” with following error: UnknownError (11).
Will attempt to create folder on next synchroniation*

What shall I do?

Hi, do you see this issue since you have created your account or it has started after some time of using it?

I suppose you have tried to create custom folder, do you see it on the server? If so then delete it let eM Client synchronize and create it again.

I have this error too. I saw other post with this same error. Always is emailadress/country… I get this error as email\México … Definitively is NOT an email folder on my server. How can I fix this?
