"Unknown" sender is displayed in Inbox for certain emails

Need some help to resolve this. I get emails flagged as “Unknown” in the From source and they tend to be robo emails. These emails are legit and they are coming as notifications (do not reply type). Furthermore these emails are being automatically forwarded to me from another email to my personal work email. Example, businesses are sending emails to generic email, ie: [email protected]. Then I have a mail forwarding in Controller@company to [email protected]. Purpose for is if I am away from work, I can change forwarding to my assistant permanently or temporarily and do not have to make any changes with business that we are working with. I am using Gmail accounts. If I log into gmail via web/chrome, all sender names appear properly, meaning there are no “Unknown” senders. “Unknown” senders only appear to exist in Emclient. Also tried using Mail app on Mac, also no unknows. This is not critical, but I would like to fix this if possible, so the sender would show [email protected] as the sender instead of Unknown.
